White Leghorn Started Pullets (young females)

 If you are after maximum production of white eggs with the most efficient feed conversion ratio, then this is your ticket. 
These pullets weigh about 4 lbs. at maturity, start laying at 4 1/2 to 5 months, and will continue 10 to 12 weeks longer than most good layers. 
At 6 weeks old, they are mostly feathered out so they won't require a heat lamp as long as they are kept dry and out of the wind.  These will be 6 weeks old on 5/20/20.
